...and it's obviously going to be under my same account but under a new channel for AdSense.

How can I contact google with the URL to make sure the site agrees to the TOS?!

Is there a page I can submit it to or should I just email ?

    Thanks!

No I'm not going to look at your site and that is not what I am asking.

My question again is WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT GOOGLE TO ASK THEM IF MY NEWEST WEBSITE IS AGREEING TO THE TOS? AKA GET APPROVED.

    Thanks

google will not take a look at any site to check for complaince. there are millions of sites running adsense on them and no way google can review all to check for compliance. just read the TOS yourself and put the code in

I wouldnt of thought Google be be in the habit of reviewing everybodies indvidual sites. You can email them but I doubt you will get a reply.
If everyone emailed them for every new site that was set up they would have thousands a day. They havent got time to check them all.
