No nobody did it except me , also the teacher himself told us yesterday in my lesson that somebody took $ 100 and he was forced to give him the money even that he knows that 100% somebody had told him the question before he went to the lesson but he can't prove it so he gave him the money to save face as he promised , and warned us of telling our friends the questions he ask. P.S he didn't ask us a question yesterday with a reward , but I hope he'll forget that and ask questions soon !

The real answer is yes. The question is of whether or not you "can" answer the riddle. You answered no meaning you "can't" guess what the answer to the riddle is. However, "can't" means you are forbidded or not permitted to answer the riddle. Now, based on your birth rights alone you have the right to answer any question or guess the answer to any riddle you want...if you want to. Whether you can guess the right answer or not doesn't matter. All that matters is that you can provide a guess to the riddle if you really want to.
