    Hello ,

I'm 16 in the last year of school , Actually we don't go to school in that year only twice a month but we take private lessons instead in teaching centres . So here comes the trick !

Tell me what do you think of it :

I take a subject with a teacher in a centre ( $5 for 2 hours & we are 30 in the lesson ),My friends take the same lesson with the same teacher a week after I take it in another centre . The teacher always asks very hard questions and gives from $ 20 to $ 200 and nobody can answer it and he says the answer at the end of the lesson .

So I made a deal with one of my friends to give him the question and the correct answer before he even go to the lesson but he should give me 50 % of the amount he takes . So the question was for $ 100 and He answered it right and the Teacher was forced to give him the money . And my friend then gave me $ 50 .

So what do you think of this trick :D ?

No not school , its a teaching centre , the teacher makes From $ 150 to $500 per lesson according to the number of students ( 30 - 100 ) , So sometimes he asks questions for a high reward which he knows nobody will even answer it ranging from $ 20 to $ 200 according to the difficulty .

The money is converted from Egp to dollar , so its 500 Egp and I took 250 Egp from my friend .

    The country is Egypt :D

lol .. you won't answer any question that he gives a reward for it because they are very difficult and not written in the school book or even the books That teacher published .

But i could trick him with the help of my friend , he takes the lesson 1 week after me so I told him the question the teacher will ask and its correct answer and after the lesson he gave me $ 50 ( half the amount the teacher gave him )

I remember my English teacher back in grade 9 used to be really generous. She had a type of progressive jackpot system where she would put $50 (remember this is the 80's) in a jar and add $10 every week. We would have weekly tests, which required to write an essay as well, and if someone hit 100% then they activate the jackpot...it got up to over $900...two years later  ...yeah, she was a tough marker. My ex-wife ended up winning it, ironically enough that money came right to poppa and went towards a '72 Camaro. :D

I'm surprised he handed over the money. That's a lot of cash for a question.

I think you are pretty damn low for scamming a teacher this way. Teachers are not well paid and he has chosen to give some of that back to encourage his students, and you scam it instead. If you are honorable you will give the money back and make your friend do the same.

And it won't last. How stupid do you think your teacher is? How long do you think he will continue to pay your lowlife friend? 2 weeks tops.

You apparently have plenty to learn yet, encourage your teachers, don't scam them.

Whether it's ethical or not, I don't think I would come to a forum and talk about it like it was some kind of accomplishment to brag about.

    That's just me though ;)

Buddy there is still a lot more way to go in life.
Although earning money in such a way might seem funny and witty at that age, I would advise you to earn money in an ethical and honest way. Put forth your thoughts and tricky ideas in a positive and ethical method that could earn you money as well as fame! You can call that as an achievement and I am sure DP members over here would honor it.

No , Teachers here in Egypt make about ( 150 $ - 500 $ ) in 2 hours , some make much more .. I remember an English Teacher who had 250 student in one class and she had 13 assisstant teacher, and she was very famous and she gives about 3 lessons a day in different centres , they are few reach teachers who are very famous here in Egypt .. But not every teacher is like that or that reach but only who are qualified to teach in the final grade and give lessons in centres and have great popularity.:)

    So scamming them in $ 100 isn't too much ! :D

Do you know if there are other kids doing private lessons who are also doing this same trick?

I'm surprised that the teacher has left himself open to be scammed by you, common sense should tell him that he needs to be asking different questions in your friend's class.
