Hi All! Just wanted to share my short story about how I made $10 - and I realize it's not a whole lot! Basically I went everywhere I could: blogs, forums, digg, stumble, even personal contacts. And posted information about my site. After I noticed this was working only a little bit, I started offering all my site has to offer for free, and it worked! People have actually found it useful to be able to advertise their products/services on my site! This is a relief by itself So giveaways really do help a lot.
Research which of those sites worked for you, and drop the ones that didn't. OR, as an alternative, you can work 800 hours a week and make a six figure income (lol). jomark3
It sounds good to me. Some people make a lot less in four hours (or worse, lose money!) so it sounds like you are on the right track. Especially if you are just starting to get the word about your website and services. The real payout will come later.
Just beacuse you made $10.00 now doesn't meant that's all you made in the 4 hours. Part of being a webmaster is investing time into your website and marketing that will pay off down the line. The real trick is to find a way to get recurring benifets. For example, if you can put in an hour work today and as a result earn just $1.00 a day for the rest of your life, then you doing good. It's building a business as opposed to making a quick buck. Good luck, Scott
Excellent, now figure out ways to get it down to 2 hours, then 1 hour and then 30 minutes. Use the $10 to outsource your work!!! For example something that took you 4 hrs to get completed, will now be much less. Use the extra time you have make another $10. Then you have $20(From your work+outsourcing) Keep doubling your money like this and you have a business. cheers, maxi
I think making $10 in 4 long hours is hard work. I often make $40 in just a few minutes when I sell my e-book. Come on guys, you should target yourself high.
