Is it your shared hosting plan or you are having server with bluehost? On shared server, if your site having large number of hits in daily basis then its better if you monitor your site hits for few weeks and then upgrade your hosting plan to VPS or Dedicated server because mostly on shared server large number of hits to your site will cause high server load problem and your host bluehost will suspend your hosting account. Mostly 25% cpu allowed by hosting provider to use by any shared hosting account. I hope your domains using less then 25% cpu usage.
I have just contact blue host sales mate and he gives me following reply. "We have CPU throttling implemented which only affects what we consider overly abusive users for a shared hosting environment. This means if you use more then 7% of an 8 core setup your account will be throttled until your CPU usage comes down." I am not sure if your blog will run smoothly on blue host servers. Its better if you contact blue host and consult this issue with them and ask them cpu usage by your hosting account. If cpu usage for your hosting account is more then 8 then you can look for VPS or dedicated server from any other host. Note : Before thinking to change host first monitor your cpu usage on blue host server for few weeks and then only take decision because we are not targeting any host. its not suggestion and in the you have to take decision.
