    sorry, but which mod like what does it do? there's a lot on that page :D

    and phpbb is a forum, not a CMS that cms is an addon

    Sorry if I didn't make myself clear.

    It's definetely a mod that transforms phpbb in a portal like website.

    Such as ezportal, importal, but this is appears to be one I don't know.

    yeah...that's called a CMS

    it could be a custom, try searching for news on the mod section of the phpbb
