    If you get this message for your website then you should be worried about that and not about your ranking, because Google understand your website as a spamming website.

    Dude this is a serious issue ... please tell me the URL for ur website ...
    If you think that there is nothing to harm a user in your website then feel free to contact google team they will manual review your website and your rankings will be back ;)

    Should Worry a bit, i had the same problem last time around but it restored to normal later on.
