It would most probably be best to try the affiliate networks. There are lots of CPA affiliate networks that offer campaigns / ads like these.

That is just a coinidence. COPEAC sends that email out to new signup applications all the time. They have been doing this for ages, it just goes to prove that they are a trustworthy network that wants the best affiliats earning from them.

It has nothing to do with chickenhole. There are quite a few affiliate networks that give phone calls now appon registration. I even have some ad companies give me calls from time to time to review my account to see if it's in good standing order and if they can help me on anything or if I have any questions about anything that may concern their program. If you want to earn online them sometimes you have to speek on the phone.

That's business for you I guess. Anyway, I hope you have success.
