I like the theme here

    Digital point has the best vbulletin Theme i think i ever seen. I like how the small menu pops up when you click on a name instead of bringing you to another page. I love this theme. Is there anyway i can get a template of this or close to it?

    themes are simple here though.. but i like it as user speedy (not sure about friendly)

    Its just the default template but green. You can get stuff like it all over the place. Just search google. Besides, theres loads of better themes around - you should check those.
