Banned from PayPal for using a different IP? Far from true lol. I've used numerous IP's and have never had a problem. I've never used Clickbank so I can't comment on their policy.

It would be best to notify them through email or a phone call ahead of time so that they are aware of the geographical IP change.

if your IP address keep changing everytime you access paypal, then you might get limited account access... i get limited twice just for logging from different ISP.... but if you get limited then you can remove the limits just by sending the documents they need...

Whenever I travel, I would inform Paypal about it by telling them which country I would be in and for what time period and they have been cool with it.

Just make sure that the geographic change is done within a reasonable time frame. For example, if you access Paypal from Australia now and then your IP changed to that of Germany within the next hour, it would be unreasonable since we do not have any wormhole technology yet and our fastest plane cannot bring you across the globe in that fast a time. If however, you do the shift within say 36 hours then it is possible. Make sure that you have the necessary travel documents to as you can use it as and when needed as proof.

Also make sure that you do not access from a non-paypal supported country, there are only a small handful of those now. And that you do not use a proxy to access paypal.

Once you keep to that, you would be safe.

How long will take until they remove limits after you've sent the documents?

My problem with them is i open new account after like 4 month i added my credit card , i wait like 3 days then i call bank and ask about the 2 small amounts i enter those small amounts, account gets verify , then i log off.

second day when i log into paypal my internet drops and i get net ip (dynamic ip) bang... account limited, i did not had time to send them the documents yet

P.S no transactions on my paypal

I always access my account from different IP address because sometimes I would go to my friends place for a game or two. I also access my account using my office IP. So all 3 different ones but until today there's not any problem associated with limited accounts because they were from the same country. Things would only crop up if it is from different country than the one that you register your account.

Th IP issue usually comes into play when it is accessed in a paypal banned country. If you have a standard account, and you go to Nigeria and log on, there's probably a good chance that they will put a hold on it.

As for people in paypal acceptable countries, you can login from many IP addresses. With some ISP's your IP could easily change while you're on the paypal website. Different IP's is not what causes the problem, it's when he IP is in an area where paypal sees a probability that the account is compromised or something is wrong. A lot of this is also based on your past history. If you travel around and log in from other countries all the time, then you're less likely to get a hold than someone who had an account for 10 years then logged in from another country out of the blue. Just use common sense and if your in question at all, let them know you'll be in another country.

i am using paypal from a country where it is not supported.Once it got limited but after verifying my documents,it got restored and now i access it from different IP's but never got any such issue.Don't use faker information, then you can restore your account and when it get restored then it will never get banned even if you acces it from a non-supported country.Just as mine one.

you won't get banned for using a different ip everytime you login. If the system is set to work that way, then half of the users will get automatically banned (I mean all the users behind DHCP or dynamic ip via DSL). Not everyone get connected to the internet with a static ip!

But if your account is operated from a different region, you will be monitored by PayPal!
