    Leaves the whole world blind

Edit: Anybody outside of the UK calling in would dial: +44 12345 67890
You replace the first 0 with +44

Revenge is pointless. If you have server logs, contact the aol abuse email or phone with his ip and the time he accessed each page of the site. They can easily track who it is, but sadly won't do anything about it, but it's still the right thing to do. Next, make sure that ip gets sent to google, they aswell, will do nothing about it except make sure the clicks are void. They will note the ip, and if he ever signed into his adsense account with that ip, they will know who it was and take a note, but still not do anything about it. You can contact the DP admin, but i don't think it's really necessary.

Time to own up, It was me that done it.

I was a little bit drunk last nite and Powwka's comment in the other thread wound me up the wrong way. At the time it seemed like the right thing to do to try and prove him wrong.

I would like to apologise to Powwka for any hastle this has caused and i'm glad that google caught it quick enough.

If you feel the need to red rep then go ahead I deserve it.

    Thanks

p.s. I'd also like to say thanks to whoever took revenge and got my bidvertiser account suspended.

There´s something i get confused about: if Google get´s a click bombing in one acount, WHY dont they JUST pay for 0,05% of the total value of clicks?
Or 0.00$ of total earnings? Why let this kind of things happening everyday?

Man! Its crazy! Now i get upset with a guy, click bomb him , and he gets is acount suspended? Really, this is too confusing for my litle brain.

    No evil google? ok.

And you fisher42uk, nice done. Really clever of you. I thought DP had civilized members. No red rep for you, just disdain.

At first I was kind of sympathetic to Powwka since it seemed pretty inconvenient. But then as his plans for vengeance evolved visibly before my eyes I realized just how petty this whole thing was. So now we have two guys whose earning power/repute might be in question and for what? A tiff on the internet? I don't know if anyone comes out of this looking good.

    From their site:

AdLogger intends to prevent click-fraud on your websites by limiting the number of clicks your visitors may make. AdLogger tracks AdSense clicks in real time and compiles the data for you to review.

In addition, the script determines if ads should be shown for a visitor depending on their clicking history. If one of your visitors is clicking too many ads, the script will automatically disable ads for that visitor so they won't be allowed to click any more.

People who do this should keep something else in mind. You not only risked his adsense acccount, but you also STOLE money from all of us who use Adwords to advertise our business.

I spend hundreds a month on Adwords and I have to wonder just how many of those dollars are spent on senseless people like yourself that felt the need to click on ads that I PAID FOR, just for your own fun or stupidity.

You have apologized, and that is fine. However, it does not take away from the type of person that you are. One that would deliberately STEAL money from another person, even if you had been drinking, which IMO is never an excuse.

well, i don't think his aim was to steal money, siteexpress, and besides, as powwka said, just the first couple of cliks were validated by google...

but technicaly you are right of course.
