OMG, so oil is not evil anymore? No more hypocrisy over why oil is so evil while self-loathing liberals continue to fill up their gas guzzling SUVs every week?

"No war for oil for people with brown skin to sell to other people with brown skin!"

Those are small contracts. Of course, there's more to the story:

 You can post a link to a hypothetical situation, but let's stick with reality. Can we?

It's not just about oil. The whole 'Terror Threat' is about keeping people on edge and keeping them under control.

He's just a pawn, a figurehead etc. I doubt that one man would have full control over the only supernation on earth. It's never been that way since kings had courtiers etc ;) Theres always someone controlling behind the scenes.

Kinda ironic that the nations most against the War in Iraq are the ones reaping the benifits..

The Maliki government in Iraq just removed permission for foreign contractors to carry firearms to defend themselves, so the security situation for all of those oil workers just got a lot worse.

It may soon end up being a job that only a Chinaman might do!

LOL. Remember it's the people controlling him that are clever, how else could they manage to get people like you to post on forums like this supporting the biggest failure as a US President ever. ;)

American foreign policy towards the middle east and specifically the oil rich countries is always about oil, has been since oil was discovered in the middle east and always will be. That has been true for both Democratic and Republican administrations.

There has long been an effort to protect oil producing sources for the US and the world at large.

I wouldn't make a big thing about it though. It is an issue that transcends politics.

But I thought you said this was a fake war (meaning a non real one, made up, a dream)? Could it be that it really is about oil, for other countries?? Or is it still about the illuminati?

It's always been about oil and other resources for "other" countries. The US does not need or depend on Mid East Oil.

We've got quite a bit of our own that we do not use. We have one of the largest reserves on the planet in Alaska, but for some reason (moonbats) we do not drill there.

I think utimately the goal for the US and the rest of the world is to use up all the oil in desert wasteland nations until it is gone. Once it's gone, terror ends as the money/oil drys up, and everyone over there can go back to watering sand.

At least it would appear that way.

Either way, the US no more needs Middle East oil than a Dog needs a tail.
