I would try manually installing that wptube4 theme and ensure that the style.css is in it as the error code is being caused because the functions.php file is trying to reference to it and it doesn't exist.

ok i reinstalled it... same thing... nothing shows on the homepage... all the other pages work fine :s style-ie.css - is blank but Stylesheet is there
