I just thought of something for Paypal accounts... There are may countries that cannot use Paypal right now. But what if you sign up using Remote desktop on a US or some other country which is available with Paypal. And whenever you need to do transactions just login to your remote desktop server and do everything you need... Will this work? Remember, its just something that came to my mind. I already have Paypal account and its legit.
Well, you can fool them to some extent but that is as far as you are going to get. You still need to provide real addresses, credit card and bank accounts. If you get limited, you would need to submit proof of address and all that. I supposed that circumventing the rules would still be breaching the spirit of the contract you have with paypal.
Yes, its possible to use it that way but certainly not a very good idea, as eddy said in case you get limited chances of restoring your account is quite slim until you provide them real address proof or ID.
This is what a lot of others are doing just that they are going through proxies and you do find a lot of threads complaining about paypal being limited as they purchase VCC to "verify" their identities.
Many of people around the globe are already doing that, its not a good idea and risky, if you are dealing with good amount of money. Wouldn't recommend!
