I just saw a 40 story building on fire

I'm in Beijing across the road from my Hotel fire works light up the hotel next door all 40 stories

I uploaded the pics on my forum if you want to see, soryy the about the low quality all I had was a an old phone camera

 

At first I thought the lens flares/blurs were asteroids hitting the building...

Wow, that's intense and scary!

 

Wow, i hope no-one was hurt, the building looks to be engulfed in flames, like the Australian bush fires are right now (RIP Austrailans who lost their lifes)

That looks insane!

I watched a 3 story factory go up a few years ago and that was something else, seeing it so close and real, this looks like it was A LOT bigger!

Thanks for sharing this, it is a bit scary.

 

I think one or two people died...it was the Mandarin Oriental hotel in flames, as CCTV news channel decided to put fireworks on it ;(

hmmm...it seems like the situation was very serious I hope everybody was saved from the fire....
