I think it's pretty clear, you have 15 days to explain your traffic or ban time.

It is clear that there is something wrong either on your side or theirs.

I would immediately contact them if I were you.

Well, answer their question about why the sales or leads are mostly coming from your own computer...

do you perhaps use a redirect, so they are seeing all the traffic from the same place or something?

Just reply back to them and answer what they are asking. They recently did the same thing for my account and wondered why so much commission was from the same IP (my IP). I had been purchasing items from the same store daily for a while and just told them that. Then everything was all okay.

i think there are 2 ways

    1) Say you wanted to buy some items yourself, and a friend used your computer too, if it causes problem, you will swear that you will not let anyone have access to your computer, it wont happen again. maybe they forgive

    2) Admit taht you did cearly understand the rule, you violate it, and ask for appeal, swear that you wont do it again.

Another question. If i get banned on CJ.com once. Can i come back, or it's like Paypal? no more service for who is banned.? I just ask incase, i dont have CJ acc >.< so sad.

    thanks

Most aff programs really frown on people that use their own sites to either complete offers or offer some type of incentivization if offer doesn't allow it. Looks and reads like whomever this OP is, that their account will be terminated very soon.

It's interesting when scammers start complaining about rules being enforced. Rules are set into place by advertisers and those who use CJ as an affiliate program to protect their brand, strengthen their market share, and provide quality services for true affiliates. Personally I hope you do get the boot, because if you are looking for ways around or not to get caught, you are doing nothing but hurting my future commissions.

I got that letter my first paycheck. Just answer back honestly, it is just a quality check no biggy. I told them I do PPC and ad placement. I went on strong my first couple of months and Had TONS of Traffic which for the first months looked fishy, but really they are super nice on the CJ end and they are just curious and want to prevent any type of fraud. It is a very simple question, and you should give a very simple answer.

If you're doing a redirect through your own domain just tell them exactly what code you use, what page you send people too, etc and explain that you're protecting your affiliate links from being abused by others (competitors, etc.)
