    Website: This is the trickiest part. It really depends on what you're making. you could make a site starting from $20 to $10,000.
    Money: This is a wrong motive (in my opinion). Money should never be your primary goal. Try to make your site useful for the community. Why should you visit the site if you're in their shoes. Once this is successful, everything will follow naturally. You must have good and unique contents for the site. Content is king.
    Requirements: The only requirement will be your time and dedication. You need to be very consistent with your site. There is no set requirement for you. Usually requirements are created as you move on.
    Help: Digital point has many good tips in terms of adsense. No specific help for this part. Just do a lot of research. = )

    Well, I'm actually getting funded this month by an investor. Currently I am gearing more towards sponsors and private advertisers.

    There should be some surprises in the month of April..

    currently i'm at making $100 very 2 months...

    Currently all of my revenue is coming from sponsors and private advertisers. Since money is not the main issue, at least for now, I am carefully selecting sponsors and advertisers. Hopefully TVL will develop faster after the investment.
