I just made my first php website.

It took about 5 hours to get this far, but let me know what you think.

if you made that completely on your own, good job! far better than i could do without using a cookie cutter pre made PHP script. though it does load extremely slow.

it's most likely the server. Since it's free hosting, im probably at the back of the line. I'm still getting more content. This site is mainly just for free things, and then i will move it to a paid account when i get the money. Then i'll be able to add whatever content i want according to adsense guidlines of course.

 

You forgot to stip out some of the comment tags that identify 'your work' as a word press theme

 

Yeh it's a work in progress. I decided to use a template like wordpress so i could use the html i know to refer to it. I'm in the process of teaching myself flash so i can create a banner. And i'm working on coding a menu. Not too bad for a stoner eh.

 

I updated it alot today. Added more free things for all of you. Looking to move to a new domain when i have money. Also will hire someone who actually knows php for the remodel.

 

I love the ideas here.

I personally dont like the default wordpress theme, but it suits for this type of site. It seems to fit perfectly with the design.
