I just launched my campaign 45 minutes ago or so, i got these results: http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/4038/94420720.jpg I don't know, is this considered good so far? or i should have gotten more clicks? I'm just using google search nothing else. I hope i will get some conversions, still newbie to these things...
Those click-through-rates look good but it's far too small a sample to tell - getting clicks for ads shown less than 70 times doesn't really tell you a lot. Give it a bit more time, and see how the conversion rates look - getting clicks if they're untargeted and don't convert isn't much use to you.
70 times? Even that sounds too small to me to judge, id leave it the whole day before seeing what the CTR is like IMO
How much should i put to start getting sales? I know this is very broad question, but just give me an estimation about the average balance that would make some sales. I just put $20.00, my clicks run out with steady CTR + one sale. Any advice?
Can you just tell how much did you spend on ADWORDS. I'm planning to create but I wanted to know the budget for creating ADWORD campaign.
first try out something can get you around 200 clicks "remember set up the network on adowrd" After these 200 clicks done you will get some ideas about your conversion rate (not accurate) if u got no sales at all, i would say fix ur site first if what ur making is > than what u spending on adword..... put as much budget as possible!!!!!!!
quote I just put $20.00, my clicks run out with steady CTR + one sale. Any advice? endquote Nice click thru so far but its all in the conversion... if you just spend $20.00 on 9 clicks and got one sale you are off to a good start if the sale is going to make you 25 or 30 bucks but it sucks if you are gonna make $15.00 Takes time to see... How is the quality score on your ads.... High relevance and high quality scores will lower you clicks cost drastically. Show us that report with sales and profit in 24 hours and we may be able to help you more. Tell us what sort of quallity score you are getting on each keyphrase also. If the score is less than 7 you will be sucking hind tit... and you may start with a 7 and drop like a rock to 1 or 2 once google sees how your CTR is doing... with the CTR I see you will be on a roll if you can keep it and do some good conversion.
