I just got ripped off by a seller Amazon.com!!!! What can I do?

I recently purchased an Xbox Original off Amazon.com and when I received my package today, I received a Harry Potter book instead of the Xbox I had paid for. The seller who I purchased from only had 1 feedback comment but I always thought that Amazon.com was secure enough to not worry about being scammed. I contacted the seller but they still haven't responded. Is there any way to get my money back if the seller refuses to do so or doesn't respond?

Contact Amazon, let them know what's up. Also, if you paid with CC you can dispute the charges.

Yeah, contact amazon immediately, they only pay out like once or twice a month and should be able to easily recover the funds if they have not sent the payment to the seller yet.

There's no way Amazon can monitor all the things sellers do, that's the purpose of feedback ratings - always buy from trusted sellers.

File a claim with Amazon, then seller will have to prove that they send you what you paid for or refund your money.
