So I am talking to this guy for about 30 mins through PM's he says paypal me the money and he will immediately push the domain name to me? Well I send him his 100 dollars and bam it's been 2 hours and nothing from him. He wont return PM's. His iTrader rating is good.
Maybe you should wait for a while.... worst case scenario backcharge. Just be patient.. Maybe his internet is down or so...

Man, screw that. If I were you I would've issued a chargeback to get my money back. That's pretty messed up, even if he is just offline, to go offline right after you made payment. Better be safe than sorry!
before i give out his user name i am going to give him sometime. Regardless he should'nt have signed off right when I paid him. He was all for the sale, and then bam I send him money and hes gone.
