I posted earlier but was penalized on a thread I started with a very basic question pertaining to someone wanting to pay me for putting their links on my site. What forum should those go in? I can't find one and am sure if I repost I'll get penalized again. Persoanlly, it would have been good to get info on WHERE to post instead of getting penalized....I never spam here so am not sure where to go. Your thoughts are appreciated.
