    If I am not mistaken.

    1+ 1/cos x= 1-1/sin x

    1/cos x= -1/sinx
    1= -cot x
    and the derivative for this if I am not mistaken (forgive me)

    c= csc^2 x


    I hope I won't be teaching calculus there! *shivers*
