Not that I agree either way BUT refunding because they are not happy isn't always how it should be. How many businesses run that way outside of clickbank (which most the time refunds happen because people want the product AND their money back and get away with it all the time).

As a business owner myself I do not believe that the customer is always right and if I presented my product or service correctly and they decide to buy it I don't believe they can enjoy buyers remorse after the fact IF what I sold them was described correctly and they bought WHAT it was I sold them on.

Not that I don't agree that refunds should/could be in order BUT I don't believe in REFUND for ANY reason.

As an advertiser with google, i see this type of deceptive and day light stealing(if it's true that others are been payed to click on ads) very repugnant. This is not only illegal its pure unethical!!! This makes me mad of all the money I've been paying google for my adwords!!!!!! Very sad!! And you payed $600.00 for that?? I feel your pain man!!!!
I have been in retail business for many years and one of the best principle of business is to make your customer happy.Ten thank you doesn't equal one dose of bad publicity. Greedy world indeed!!!!

I faced something similar (or even worse) from a different seller. The seller was asking for a positive iTrader and also an honest and good (both, honest and good! lol ) review if the buyer wanted some "extra methods". Is that allowed, mods?

That right there is pushing it for sure. Paid testimonials no matter if it is legal here or not is a b.s. business move.

Well that's why we have different kind of people working at the FTC, cracking down on fake testimonials and misleading product descriptions.

Things can be hard to crack down, especially when it's something digital.

If you have created something of value, the percentage of people asking for a refund would be minimal to non-existent. The purpose of business is improving the human condition. Business owners shouldn't be able to sell crap products with fake testimonials and misleading descriptions. Not only is this unethical, this has no value or benefit to the collective group that we're in wherever we are.

It's obvious that I'm not trying to get the product for free, In fact, his methods got my Adsense account banned, both of them. (this made me do a research about where the traffic is actually coming from and guess what? it's a "paid to click on adsense" traffic, yes the traffic/visitors are paid few cents to click on your adsense ads).

Refunds are due whenever/wherever they are due, believe it or not.

Alwiser asked me for an itrader, after I gave him he refused to return it. He forced me rather than the other way around. And I don't have any fake testimonials all of them are verifiable.

Never do this. That's called theft and is a criminal offense and can get your paypal account de-activated and not only that the seller if in the same country could put you away in prison. It's close to shoplifting.

Can you walk into a Walmart and buy a shirt, then wear the shirt and say you're not satisified give me my money back without returning the shirt? NO.

Can you dispute in paypal and get your money back for intangible goods? NO

Well the guy got banned, probably because of making this thread. Another lesson learned; post any problems with the transaction in the other persons' BST thread ( with an itrader ) and not in general chat ;).

Not if you know you've been scammed.. paypal automatically refunds for intangible or digital goods/services..
