    That's exactly what copyright trolling is all about. They hit 1) people who are not up to date with copyright laws and 2) they find holes in TOS, you'd be amazed.
    Copyright trolls are the scum of this earth. Don't take risks. If you get a DMCA and you suspect it's from a copyright troll, contact a lawyer immediately.
