Of what I understand, its either $5.00, $250, or $2000 for adsense bonus for referrals. Can anyone shed light why I only got $6.92?

Was this for an adsense referral as you refered somebody to try adsense? or was it an adsense 2.0 referral where you are paid based on what the advertiser is paying per referral?

Google replied through their support email. But it was one of those automated replies directing me to one of their FAQ sheets. It didn't help me at all.

It was indeed under referral 2.0, but it I chose the ADSENSE PRODUCT. All referrals now are under referral 2.0, right? Or could I go back to the old referral? Anyway, I still don't get why its just 6.92 dollars.

You get your initial $5 for adsense referral when your referred adsense publisher earned their $5, you will get your $250 for the same referral when your reffered publisher earner their $100, and becomes eligible for payment.

just be patient, and keep up the good work

That's the thing, my referral's got over a 100$ already, and got his pin entered. Then at the same day when he entered his pin, i got $6.92. Well, it should have been 5$ or 250$ instead of 6.92$. Thanks for your replies, truly appreciate it. But I hope I'd get to know what really's going on. Is this a glitch?

That person may have received their PIN and be over the payment threshold... however, have they received payment yet?

As adsense payments for referral (adsense signup referral), will be paid when a person receives their payment - not as soon as they hit the $100 payment threshold.

Regarding the adsense 2.0 referral - you can check which actual referral converted for you through your adsense login. On the main reporting page click on the 'products' link beside referrals. If it doesn't tell you there, then you can view all referral products and then you can sort by clicks or whatever column you want to sort. This will then let you know how you gained the $6.92.

    Hi!

the 6.92 does come from the Adsense sign up. It reflected there on my report page. There must be something really wrong with referrals 2.0.

One more thing to do is to wait til my friend gets the payment link in a couple of days. But from what I know, as long as there are no holds, they credit you with the bonus.
