Ive had the site up since August and I just CANT seem to get it active. Ive tried advertising on many other forums, answering questions on yahoo answers with source links back to my site, adding tutorials to tutorial sites, and so on.

What do I need to do, to drive traffic to my website, and forum.

Its a tech website with a forum. Since August I only have 58 members, and its not too active.

Your website doesn't really offer anything new that can't be found on hundreds of other established webmaster forums.

You need to offer something unique rather than 'just another webmaster forum'.

You don't offer any real content, no news, no articles, nothing that could provide any use to the internet community. Try writing a couple of articles, post them on your site and some of the ezine site out there. If your going to have a news link, at least add some new feeds to your that are relevant to the content you provide.

Keep reading this forum, there's lots of information to help you on your way...

Update your site regularly by posting new content. and try to PING your site whenever you made new post. It will also make your site active.
