I've opened a wordpress blog few minutes ago(it took me like 30 minutes) and now when i get to the site(after i installed and registered) it says :
you may now replace this file (index.html) and start uploading your website. To do so either use our file manager in your control panel or use FTP.

I deleted that file and it was the same so i just uploaded it again and nothing changed ..
what should i do now friends ?
    thank you from advance !

please you go into your cpanel web hosting and search Fantastico menu for installing wordpress.

    Hey DtraderK

You might want to check if there is index.html. I know you said it's deleted, but sometimes file permission thingy keep them coming back. If you still have index.html, simply rename it, like: index1.html. It should work.
    Goodluck!

It is common problem if you install in free webhosting..You must reupload the index.htm from the hosting change with yur index.htm from your new WP

I recommend you speak with your host if the file keeps coming back, you should be able to delete it.
