Well, only Nokia BL 5C seems to have this issue. Check this http://batteryreplacement.nokia.com/batteryreplacement/en/
Haha, I always use my cell phone while it's charging. Never had any problems. Don't buy cell phones from unknown places/people that's my suggestion!
Check was Snopes has to say: Using cell phones while they are being recharged poses a general and serious danger of electrocution: False. Some cell phone batteries can explode and/or start fires: True
i think there was some explosive material in that cell phone thanks bro if it can happen then everyone should avoid this. Its unbelievable.
That's shocking actually, I have my cellphone switched on and charging at the same time, I usually only use gprs on my phone when it's charging on the mains, I can't actually remember taking a call when it's been charging. They make things a lot safer in the uk though, I use a surge protector and plug all my valuable stuff in their, like my pc if any surge did come through the surge protector would automatically cut off power. I strongly recommend you get one, also to protect your valuable electricals from lightning strikes too.
Can some one explain how a dead person can post here!!! Bah!!!! Some one teach these n00bies to do some research before posting horror stories.
You can get your batteries exchanged by going to Nokia site and enter your battery or phone's serial number and fill out contact details. Tried it once and they really delivered the battery free of charge. They also have several outlets where you can surrender your defective batteries - the one from Chinese company. It was and became an issue here in my country, Philippines. It was all over the news and shit. I don't know if it's still going on now.
