i heard this will be banned, true or not?

    if you always log into your account, or frequenly, you will be banned.
    the suggestion is to use email report, is this true or not?

    where did you hear this? I check my adsense account regularly - usually I have several applications open and more than 1 browser instance with many tabs, so occasionally as I cycle through the tabs to see what all i want to keep open, I will end up on the Adsense tab and refresh it just for kicks. I have had no issues so far.

    It is a 100% myth.....You can check your account how many ever times you want, it's got nothing to do with getting banned.....

    it's 100% true....when you login your account frequently (public services: internet coffee, etc), you will take risk your account. because maybe someone there login to their account before, then you login to your account. Google will think that you have multi account, they will BAN all these accounts

    These are just rumors.
    The reason is that, because Google never tell the reason of "Adsense Account disabled", so some banned publishers predict these type of reason and spread these things.
    [No problem new publishers always check their accounts frequently.]

    lol, i don't think checking your account regularly is a reason for a ban. You will be banned if you click your adsense.
