    Does it cost money? Can it be done on different accounts?

    How do you know they don't follow the same people in different accounts? For example: maybe you're following the same person on your first account as on your second.

    Can you limit the amount of people they follow per day?

    Yes, we can easily follow people on twitter depending upon our interest with the help of EasyTweets and SocialOomph
    But as we all know every coin has two sides. there might be some negative results of using these tools. so be careful.
