Personally, I would never report them.

Its just that there are threads here everyday that finds something wrong on a site and someone reports them. So people are getting reported for minor violations. Of course, if this site is not a premium publisher, then you got to say they are violating the TOS because they have changed the "ads by goole" to "baby ads by google".

I would be tthat they're a premium publisher just because.....

They have a PR6 site. You don't get to PR6 without doing something right and making it big.

Probably they are. However, it is possible to get to PR 6 without having to be really big interms of traffic because, for example, it is possible to buy several PR 7 links and one could end with a PR6. However, I think they probably are a premium publisher because I doubt they would go thorugh all this trouble of making the ads look as they do without giving the TOS a consideratrion. Certainly, they would unlikely to change the 'ads by google' to 'baby ads by google'.

I am incredibly jealous... it took me CLICKING on the ads to discover that they were infact google ads...

The clickthrough rate must be 70-90%!!!

at first site, those dose not looks like google ads, actually it is not even written ads by google! alexa rank of over 100k dosen't seems good, alexa is not so of target!
i doubt it is a premium publisher, may he just experimented with those ads and waiting to get banned:rolleyes:

EDIT: ok i got it, is is the background that is colourful, something like the theamed units! anyways, that is pretty much allowed. after all the ads code is not edited and most of all the ads are completely visible!

only the baby ads by google is looking like the problem!

Like I said before, there is alot of javascript for those google ads, I have looked at the adsense ad js for PP, and it looks nothing like that.

So WHAT if the site doesn't have good traffic standings in alexa? The guy must be owning some site which gets 20m+ pageviews and he's become a premium publisher. He/She can always open up a new site and insert the "modified" or so called "premium" ads in that new website. :)

And as somebody said, mothers won't be interested in the alexa toolbar. ;)
