Hi all, My client at U.S initiated a xoom transaction on Oct 4th for Bank deposit and till now no response is there from Xoom. The status is 2007-10-04 17:55 Processing Payment 2007-10-04 17:50 Processing Payment 2007-10-04 17:48 Processing Payment 2007-10-04 17:33 Processing Payment 2007-10-04 17:18 Processing Payment 2007-10-04 17:18 Payment Authorization Pending 2007-10-04 17:18 Bank Account Payment in Progress 2007-10-04 17:13 Transaction Initiated Its been a long wait from Xoom. Please advice what action can be taken next?
Your payment is under authorization,once it is approved you will get the funds Call XOOM customer service and ask them about the problem
Maybe delay due to bank deposit payment verification because paypal payment verification get quick authorization IMO. Just monitor your transaction through your xoom tracking number and also send them email asking how many more days it'll take through their site.
They are trying to call you but they can't. It's one of the authorization process. Maybe one of the sender or receiver is in "suspicious" list I am sure if you dont call them now, they will Cancel the Money Transfer after 1 day for sure.
Did you check your bank account if you rceived any cash. I have contacted Xoom and they explained me that still withdrawal from US Bank account is in process. The executive told me that by Friday i will be getting the payment. Well i have to hope for better
