    Hi,

I haven't received my Adsense payment for Dec yet. I live in Canada and I have the Direct Deposit option set with no holds. Received many payments before and they usually arrive before the end of the month. What is wrong now? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem ?

    Hi
I received mine but it was incorrect. I live in Australia. They had made a currency exchange error. I contacted them through the Adsense contact form. I didn't get a reply but I can see an adjustment amount is showing and is now in the proccessing stage. (took about 24hours to get actioned)
I'm guessing someone in the Google Asense Payments department is on holiday and a newbie is filling in?

    Good Luck

Some in the payments department at Google messed up the calculation for Australian publishers.

Being paid in Australian dollars we always get the benefit of the exchange rates, and get a higher figure than our US counterparts. Although Bush and his great economic ability has seen the US dollar drop so much that the difference has largely been eroded!

Instead of pushing the "divide" button on the calculator, someone at the Googleplex ;)pushed the "multiply" button, and we ended up getting paid out at reverse the exchange rates.

I got an email yesterday saying that the error had been fixed and we could expect the balance of our money to be transferred to us within a few days.

Thank you. I'm going to email them too.

Did anyone contact them and got a reply from them? What did they say?

Yes I emailed them and received a response within a few hours that acknowledged that their was a problem, and that they were looking into it. Then I received another email the following day explaining what the problem was (which I knew anyway), what they were doing to fix it, and when I could expect the balance of my money.

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of their responses.

Do they issue the cheques for UK around this date as well ? Or at least say that the payment is in progress somewhere ?

I'm guessing the support for some major countries other than the US is based in those countries, which would go some way to explaining the different response times.

The replies to my support enquiries are always signed "Adsense Support Australia & New Zealand". The down under guys might have a lighter work load, or maybe we just breed them faster, smarter and more responsive down here.:D
