a pretty good day with sales on clickbank today.... I mean, really weird. Items i never had a sale before, various other sales via paypal....own products and products where i am affiliate. People buy like crazy today. Georg. edit: I think one thing which definitly boosted sales the last days is also that CB changed the order page.
its insane...it must be from one of those banners i bought a few weeks ago...i get sales like crazy...i think i made 700 just the last 10 hours (over night). I know it must be from banners since i sell one product for $77 and all the $77 sales come from banners which link straight to the main page of one of my product.
I've never bought banner advertising so I'm a bit intrigued by what you've said here. Where are you purchasing banner ads through? AdWords? or?
recently, now i started image-ads and placement bidding w/ adwords <--- check this out !! And..banner space you buy on DP in the buy/sell section, or just do a google search for your niche and contact webmasters.

I'm trying out the placement targeting on AdWords. So far I'm getting no impressions, I suppose it's a matter of bidding high enough... Do you tend to bid per click or per impression (1000) ?

nope..i bid CPC. someone said they might take longer to review image ads...and they might not do it on the weekend.
