I have written my first press release ... what next?

    I am new to this, so bear with me. I need advise on how and where to submit it.
    Can I submit the same PR to more than one site? What specific types of sites do I submit to, and do I need to spend a bunch of money or are there some free sites that will give me the benefits I am looking for?

    Also if i may hijack the thread a little can anyone recomend any tried and tested services that will distribute my press release for me.

    PRWeb.com has both free and paid service. The cheapest paid service is $80. PRWeb is used my large corporations also.

    I saw a huge list of sites where you can submit your press release for free but I'm not sure in which of DP forums so maybe if you try searching for this term you can find some of those threads I say.
