So i got a couple of websites and i have them on paydotcom and clickbank. I am starting to make a lot of sales and i was wondering if I am required to take any legal action. Do i have to become incorporated or llc? Or can I just earn my money and somehow do the taxes for it later? Do I have to keep track of my affiliates earnings? I really hope not, can someone who knows please help me. Thanks a lot.

You don't need to be incorporated.

Assuming you are talking about the US.....

Of course you need to keep track of all income and expenses. You also need to make quarterly estimated tax payments at least equal to last years tax obligation or you'll get a hefty penalty.

It sounds like you should see a CPA or at least a good bookkeeper asap.
