I have this twitter accounts any use ?

1. 6 k followers
2. 4.8k followers
3. 1.7k followers
4. 1.7k followers
5. 800 followers

Any way to monetize them ,or would they be any use to sell them to someone ?

If you have more followers then you can share your site posts/product reviews and can attract more users to your site.

you could sell links to people's websites....so if one is on phones, get a phone affiliate to pay for a link?

 

You can also sell those accounts are with followers...
If you are not going to do that "osmasters" described, then someone else can do that after buying those accounts from you..
You can start a thread for selling those accounts..

You can sign up with affiliate programs that will auto tweet updates from your account.
That's pretty annoying to a real user, but if you just want to spam with them, you might make a few bucks.

I think your posts are still less... and it is necessary to be some old member on forum...
Just go to FAQ page and have a look at the rules, you will know what restrictions are not allowing you to start a thread there
