I have the domain name of a store, but is this situation a copyright issue?

    Hi, last time I told you the domain and asked for help, you helped me a lot. I come to you again. :)

    Here's my situation now... My mom and I are working on selling a health drink. To get some traffic I decided to make a health blog and link the product we're selling as an advertisement. Last month I went to GoDaddy auctions to find a domain with many health key words. I found a domain for $5 + reg fee. My mom made a ton of posts in the blog and still is.

    The other day I googled the keywords from the domain (Nat.. Hea... Org... Fo... ) and I see there's an actual organic food store with those exact key words in the same order. They have a different domain name though. I'm not sure if this is a legal issue or not.

    I won't list the domain, but I did use a url shortening service to point you to THEIR domain. Don't worry. It's not spam.

    Their domain----> http://bit.ly/sf7RMG
    My domain-------> (the name of their store).com

    So what should I do? Ask them if they want to buy now before possibly loosing any link building due to legal issues, build it up then ask them if they want to buy for more money later, not say anything and have them approach me if it gets really big in the health world assuming it's not a copyright issue, etc?

    thanks,
    Perry

    Tough call. Its hard to judge how much the domain would be worth to them. Judging by their existing site, they seem to be mostly a local business with a relatively small budget for their online presence. I doubt they are going to be hiring lawyers to come after you, but you never know...
