I have the domain, I have the idea but I need to organise it

Hello everybody! Just like the title says, I have the domain and the idea, all I need is to organise it. I want to make a blog/site with web design tips/resources/news, etc..this will be complex. Now the question is:
Should i start on doing this in which language? English, Romanian, or Portuguese & Brazilian. I speak and write romanian & Portuguese very well but i have some problems with the english language . In the " .net English " and " .net Portuguese " i don't have any experience only in " .net Romanian", wich isn't very good.

What do you think? Waiting for your comments/advices.

hire english writers to do the job for you, then translate by your self the content they wrote into your own small niche language which will be in a diffrent website and bring additional income

You are probably gonna need to be doing it in english...I would suggest that you might want to improve your english if you can't hire help...

 

Yees, that's a MUST DO thing. But now, i'm asking myself: Aren't there too much sites about that theme?
