i have taken a domain name and hosting. How to transfer it

i have a domain hosted in manashosting.
They dint give the username and password .
now i cant host it also .
i dont have the dns control panle also .
what can i do now .
I heard manashosting a waste hosting .
is it true .
many say that i am fooled by manashosting.
Some say manashosting is a waste and not a good reliable server .
it will be down for many days

how can i transfer it now .
i dont have username or password.
Please help me and tell how true manas hosting is ?

No way you can transfer the domain, unless you contact them and ask for that.

 

Yeah, you'll have to contact them. It does seem strange why they don't give you access to all of that...

 

Is your domain HOSTED with manashosting or REGISTERED with them?

If you registered your domain somewhere else (eg. GoDaddy) you can simply change the DNS at the registrar to point to another host.
