    hello.

    Can anyone tell for sure that submission to many directory have increased web SERP ??? or web Rank?? or both???

    In few words... the directory market is real ???

    Jep, it still increases your PR and backlinks if you post on various good directory website such as DMOZ.org.
    Remember that 1 high PR backlink is worth 10 times more than 100 low PR backlinks ;)

    I dont think directories are useful except some big directories like Dmoz

    No one can give you an exact number. Using only one method of link building never helps anyway.
