I have some question about refferal

I use adsense for a long time but i still dont know somthing about refferal.
For example, i is A and referral B to use adsense, when B make 5$ in his account, i also credit 5$, and if he make 100$ in within 6 months, i will be credit 250$, so what problem if i refferal B to use adsense , and B refferal C to use ..... Like this

So if C and D make 5$ in their account, B will credit 10$ ( 5$ from C and 5$ from D), in this case, am i will be credit any ? or no?
And google say if i refferral 25 people who use adsense and they make 100$ within 6 Months, i will credit 2000$ , Is'nt it? and what about 5$ when they each other make 5$ ? So, total, i will be credit 2000 + 5*25 = 2075$ without doing anything? So good, have any problem in this case?

As I know it,

If A refers B and B makes 100$ in 6 months, A gets 100$.
If A refers B and C. And B & C makes 100$ each in 6 months, A gets 200$
I am not sure whether A will be paid for earnings of C if A refers B and B refers C . let me check Google referral terms
