I have changed My website Title, But Google is not taking the title from Home page, it's fetching title from descriptions or content or alt tags. How can I index me new title. There is any code that tell to Google fetch title from title tag.

Well before preceding have you checked the title length etc ... keep it under the Google guidelines and from the google webmaster tool use the Option fetch as Google to re-index.

When did you change the title? It can take a few days, is not an instant thing.

If you've read all of the guides and done everything they've asked you to do, then all you have left is to wait a little. Generally it can take anywhere from a couple of hours to about a week and a half. Patience. :)

As above said, you should wait for some more days as it takes time to index a webpage. Also you can use Schema Micro-data meta tags instead of meta tags.
