    As Jimkarter said you can't use your adsense balance for Adwords. But as per G if you have past due on any payment to Google in connection with the Google AdWords program, they reserve the right to withhold payment until all outstanding payments have been made.

    It is not available yet, Read the FAQ of AdSense, You need to pay seperatly for adwords

    Not possible yet. I even contacted them by e-mail some time ago before openning my adwords account.

    I believe the systems are kept completely seperate as I had to create one account for adwords and then a new one for adsense.

    It would seem two programs so connected with each other, why to not make the common balance?
