1.)do paypal charge us for sending 1$ or any from others account?? 2.)if they don't charge us then is it just ok to send money from one of your account to other account without having charges.both?.just to test how to send money?. 3.) what is better? to convert already the money 1$ in currency before you send it.or make it bigger sending so you can save more money? Paypal fees are generally 3.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. So it's always better to send few but large transactions, as the $0.30 then gets a very small percentage of the amount.
thanks for the reply Dhaval1983 but there is no gift option.it just say payment owned.. it was bad that i dont know how to send money..i had choose online purchases --->good...i really dont know since its my first time.. they charge my 1$ with .33 and leave my receiver account .67 .well im just trying so that incase i made a future mistake i can make it up fast.... another question is:>> if i issued a refund will they giveback all 1$??.there is an option issued a refund beside it..valid for 60 days
Receiving the money as Gift/Personal payment won't charge you a penny, But those are not allowed in Indian pp accounts anymore.
@aljurians yes.You have up to 60 days to refund the payment & get the fees back.When you issue a refund,paypal refunds the fees.
