i have rewrite url...in Asp. net but not run in live site

    First of all is this asp or php looks like php

    u need mod rewrite to do it

    Regardless of PHP or ASP , he's not going to be able to use mod_rewrite with an IIS webserver as mod_rewrite is an apache feature.

    what is the solution...i have windows dedicated server...

    i get this error

    Server Error
    404 - File or directory not found.
    The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

    As said above IIS doesnt support mod rewrite its a apache module
