    After the initial submission of my website i got lot of input. based on your input i realigned my website http://www.retailspice.com. please review and let me know how i can tune it further

    Thanks for the input. last time i got a suggestion to keep ad on bottom of the page. so moved it down

    the biggest flaw i see is that you need to make your headings a lill bold and navigation bar should be highlighted/bold as well. the ad placement is perfect though.
