    Hi,

I have received this email today. Do you think it would be alright if they used the articles from my reprint articles directory for their newspaper or is the generally not allowed in article marketing.

If you wrote the article it wouldnt be a problem but if it was someone else then you are better refering the email to them.

So every article that he wants to add to his newspaper, I better provide him their email address. The only problem with that is that I have a policy where I do not share their email address with anyone.

Perhaps you could let your article contributors know that someone wants to use their material, and how (include the email message you received).

It sounds like some added exposure, and your contributors might appreciate it.

    Cheers

I have now emailed the newspaper person with the following:

    ___________
    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in the articles listed on our site. With all the articles listed on our site you may re-print them on your own website or in your newsletters electronically. We do not really have any Terms and Conditions in place for the articles to be reprinted in offline Newspapers and Magazines, but we are sure, that many of the authors should allow you to use their articles in your newspaper if you give them full credit for using them, but it's VITAL that you email each author before you use their article(s) in your newspaper.

With our policy we are not allowed to give you each authors email address so the best way to approach this would be to find the article that interests you and then in their "authors resource box" near the bottom of each article you should see either their email address or their site url. If you only see their site url then click on the link and you should then find some form of contact on their site. Also, when you contact each author, give them the full url of where you found there article so that they know which article you want to reprint in your newspaper.

Hope you have much success with your Newspaper. If you would also like to give us credit back, then we will appreciate it very much.
