I have really been struggling to get sitemaps, is there someone to help?

Hi,
It was 2nd day, I tried to understand and I really did the best possible---------- rss.xml and tried to get the site map from xml-sitemaps.com.
It was there to down load something, I could not get -- I WANT TO KNOW WHAT STEP I SHOULD TAKE TO GET THE SITEMAPS FOR THE BLOGSPOT.BLOGSS.

I have tried it --- it has also not worked - Look what I did--
Go to google web master tools-
- In Sitemap column click on Add.
- Select General sitemap
- Enter atom in the text box and finish
-------------------- In fact, atom is not accepted by the system.
More patience is required, no matter.

do you mean blogspot blogs?I do not think you need to create a sitemap for blogspot blogs as google will create one for your site.

 

Yes, google will automatically index all your blogspot blogs and it will appear in google searches with quite high in rank.

Don't worry mate, your blogspot blog doesn't need a sitemap in google webmaster tools.

For blog in blogspot.com you dont need to sitemap. It allows rss.xml inbuilt.
If your blog is http://blog.blogspot.com then your RSS feed should be like this
http://blog.blogspot.com/rss.xml

you can use this rss.xml as xml sitemap and submit in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
